rocky statue -The 72 stone steps before the entrance of the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania have become known as the "Rocky Steps" as a result of their appearance in the triple-Oscar-winning film Rocky and four of its sequels, Rocky II, III, V and Rocky Balboa, in which the eponymous character runs up the steps to the song "Gonna Fly Now". Tourists often mimic Rocky's famous climb, a metaphor for an underdog or an everyman rising to a challenge.
The "secret" location of this beach is at the northern point of Three Arch Bay in Laguna Beach, California, USA, but since Three Arch Bay is a private, gated community you can't get to that salt water pool from there. You have to go down the long stairway from the Coast Highway to 1,000 Steps Beach and then make your way southward past the caves/grottos and smaller salt water pools. A teen diving at these two large, rocky salt water pools had died.
