Vintage flower window: Uuse stained glass scraps, and cut them with glass cutter. Then lay the pieces out on the window and play with them until you're happy with the pattern, Glue them down with 100% silicone and wait 24 hours to dry. ThenI use sanded grout from the home improvement store.

Outdoor chalk board: Birch plywood, primed on both sides then coat one side with chalkboard paint {2tbsp un-sanded grout + 1 quart any color paint -OR- 1tbsp un-sanded grout to 1/2 cup paint, for smaller projects}. Hang on fence with galvanized wood screws. AWESOME outdoor fun for the kids and easy to keep an eye on them from the patio. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
