Devonshire cream: 3 oz. of cream cheese softened, 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 cup whipping cream. Cream the cream cheese, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Chill before serving. Serve with scones and jam.
