A few months back, I got the waffle iron buzz, and did A LOT of experimenting. You can cook an entire breakfast in these things! turmeric egg salad sandwich. note: when making scrambled eggs, i always add turmeric (most powerful natural inflammatory identified today) and freshly ground black pepper (to be assimilated by the body turmeric must be mixed with black pepper). love the combination of other ingredients in this recipe. not a huge egg salad fan but just may have to try this!
