I decided to shake things up for breakfast one day and the results were amazing! You can really add anything you want, but this one has a hash-brown base with scrambled eggs, ham, and mozzarella cheese. Everyone loved it, and I managed to convince the kids it was pizza for breakfast! Next time I think I'll add bacon, onions, and peppers to the mix!
