(Sense of touch) put different objects in balloons and have the children guess what each one is. Then, open them up to see what it is. (Tie with elastics so it is easier to open.) To further the lesson, make a chart of prediction and result.
My version of the balloon sensory matching game. I filled 4" x 3" bags with about a tablespoon of each kind of filling that went in the balloons to make a see-and-feel matching game for my two year old son. I also double bagged everything, i.e. one filled, knotted balloon inside a second knotted balloon, and one filled, taped clear bag inside a second taped clear bag.
