Shakshuka

This particular recipe for shakshuka from Yotam Ottolenghi's Jerusalem is the seasonal variant for the summer and early autumn. Potatoes are used during the winter and aubergines in spring. This is a hugely popular dish that's incredibly easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. Yum!
