Finding Unknown Measures in Similar Triangles Maze

My 7th Grade Math students loved this worksheet activity using similar triangles. The students had to work their way through the maze by setting up proportions to solve for the missing measurements in the similar shapes. I will definitely be doing this activity again with my 7th grade math students! 7.5A Generalize the critical attributes of similarity, including ratios within and between similar shapes.

The activity supports CCSS.Math.3.G.A.1 Understand that shapes in different categories may share attributes, and that the shared attributes can define a larger category. Recognize rhombuses, rectangles, and squares as examples of quadrilaterals.

9 Moves for a Toned Tummy Like Miss DC 2016

Just doing cardio alone will not get you the definition you need to walk away with a swimsuit award like Miss DC 2016, Cierra Jackson, did at Miss America last weekend. You’ll need to build those ab muscles up like you would any other muscle group to see definite results. Add this ab routine into your workout at least three times a week, along with at least 30 minutes of cardio, to build that toned tummy that every pageant girl dreams of.
