Enjoy an afternoon in Le Marais Dripping in old world elegance yet thoroughly modern in sensibility, Le Marais is one of Paris’ most intriguing neighbourhoods. It spreads across parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. Cobblestone streets wind through Le Marais’ dizzying network of hidden courtyards, provocative galleries, and ivy-covered boulangeries.
Rick Steve's favorite street in Paris. One of mine too - although I favor the main street in Paris: Avenue des Champs-Elysees where my mom and I gloriously shopped and bought items from Long Champs & riding boots, clothing etc. Miss my mom.
Vintage shopping in Paris is absolutely the best. The best shoppe was right by my flat in the Marais - I forgot the name but I will try and dig it up. They would pop the champagne when Ava and I would come in (yes, sometimes in our yoga pants) -- even if we didn't buy anything!
