Broiled Shrimp and Scallops -- this was amazing! Tip: use a pan large enough for the seafood to be in one layer, but be prepared for it to take a little longer than 5 min. It was great with rice on the side, but I think I'll try it over pearl pasta next time. If you don't like scallops, this would be good with just the shrimp.
