Huskies look wolflike, but their temperament is anything but. Even though they’re prone to escaping and hard to train, the effort is worth it to enjoy these smart, loving creatures. Far from jealous, they’re okay with new people and other animals—for the most part.
Alaskan Noble Companion Dog: This handsome breed was created primarily by crossing Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Alaskan Malamute stock. But some of its desirable traits were acquired by adding Great Pyrenees, Border Collie, Labrador Retriever, and the Greyhound breed to the process. The breeders intent was to create a dog that looks very much like a black Wolf, but with the temperament of mans best friend. I think they succeeded quite nicely.
