Apple Avocado Turkey Wraps Clean Eating Sweet Fresh thin-sliced Apple slices . Avocado sliced thin, with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top. Nitrate Free sliced Turkey such as Applegate brand. Fresh-Crispy Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
Baked Egg Muffins: Use a non stick muffin tin or lightly grease with olive oil. Add Bacon, Sliced Turkey, Ham, Salami, etc.. as the base of muffin. Add an egg or egg white, season with salt/pepper. Add a sprinkle of cheese if you like. Bake at 350 degrees 10+ minutes, depending on your preference. (Cycle 1 of 17 Day Diet: no meat, just egg OR egg w/ sliced turkey & FF cheese).
