Bobby thought it was salty, I didn't even put the 2 TBS it called for and the carrots fell apart(had baby carrots)but tastySlow Cooker "Melt in Your Mouth" Pot Roast ~ The meat is juicy and fall-apart tender. The vegetables are cooked just right and are full of flavor. The seasonings are simply spot on and the broth yields a fabulous gravy-like sauce that is divine when poured over everything prior to serving.

OMG - this is GOOOOD! It tastes close to my 'Roast Indies' recipe! Watch your crockpot time - mine was fall-apart ready in 5.5 hrs. I flipped the roast every hr or so,
