Ham Steaks on the grill. I use a small smoker tray to get some smoke on my grilled foods. On low to medium heat, or indirect with charcoal, place the ham on the grill. Let cook for 5-7 minutes, or until you get the nice grill marks. Turn and do the same for the other side. If you want to try a smoker tray, you can use multiple layers of foil and make a tray. Pre-soak your chips, then place on grill when you start it so they start to smolder by the time you place your food on the grill.
