Key West Smoked Fish Dip 1 1/2 c smoked fish, flaked 1/2 package of cream cheese, softened 1/2 c of sour cream 1/2 c mayo. 1/2 tsp salt 1 tlb lemon juice 2 tlb onion 2 tlb of minced jalapeño 1/2 tsp horse radish Put everything but fish in food processor, blend well on high. Add fish, pulse until well blended. Chill and serve with club crackers
