The sweet, sour, spicy, salty and savoury flavours of Thailand are one of my favourite ways to fill a bowl. They’re seductively addictive, always well balanced and one of the world’s great cuisines. They’re also easy! This is a very simple dish to make.
Before beginning to prep a meal, fill the sink a quarter of the way with hot soapy water. Drop in used measuring cups or dishes as you’re done with them and when dishwashing time comes, they’ll rinse off easily. No dried on gunk.

trying soon! Update: Made them today and definitely a keeper, very flavorful! I rounded the measuring spoon for spices, except salt. I made 15 (one pkg of wrappers), using a packed 1/3 cup for each. Ended up with just a little leftover, enough for one more, but out of wrappers. The are good at room temp. too, and I am freezing some to see if they microwave/heat up in oven comparison.
