    ^^ Don't count on it. There are a LOT of other factors that go into having a nice body. And doing this many squats at one time can be extremely dangerous if you are going from doing 0 squats a day to 30. Especially if you are doing them incorrectly which many people do, including the girl in the picture.

how to do a squat correctly. i'll have to start that squat challenge over!

If you haven't done this challenge I'm a living proof testimony that it works. My butt lifted and my legs are slimmer. Also it just makes you feel so good. Especially when done with protein shake.
