For our veggie friends there are options such as the polenta, which came with rosemary-braised wild mushrooms and parmigiano. After dinner, we admired the exposed brick interior and array of knives sticking out of the wall. A nice touch.

Philly Cheese Steaks - Martha Stewart Recipes I would not do the cheese sauce part. And I have seen them shake some water onto the meat as it cooks on the griddle in cheese steak shops in Philly.  The hard part will be finding a good roll.

Working in a butcher shop I think I know all the steaks that come my way there, but some of these names I've never heard of. I guess everyone has a name for something. The steaks I know are round, sirloin, tenderloin, New York(/strip loin), t-bone(which is made up of a tenderloin and New York) and they have a bit of a different look than the ones pictured here. -megan
