Here are before and after pictures of my horse shoes after I soked them in white vinegar and salt. Rust removal in 30 minutes. What you will need: •White vinegar •Table salt •Container big enough to hold your metal object ( I used a tupperware container) • steel wool dish pads (I used a knock-off brand, it doesn't matter) •Cooking oil Directions: Pour white vinegar into container then mix it with salt and wait till salt has dissolved.
