Sterling Vineyards: Napa Valley. Awesome views of the valley while you take a tram ride to the top of the mountain where the winery sits. Great views from any table on the balcony patios while servers come around pouring the wine tastings. A must see...

Sterling Vineyards in Napa Valley (Calistoga) allows you to stomp grapes with your feet and then create a t-shirt with your wine footprints as a fun memento. They have an aerial tram to the top of their property with beautiful views (only winery in the world with a gondola ride!). Beginning of October is Crush when the grapes are harvested. Recommends Carpe Diem Wine Bar for dinner and Andaz Napa Hotel in downtown Napa

Sterling Vineyards Our aerial tram is the only one of its kind in Napa Valley, offering stunning views as visitors ride up to the winery. You are greeted with a glass of wine to enjoy while you stroll through art galleries, overlooks, and elevated walkways that allow guests to follow the winemaking process from grape to glass. Along the way, motion-activated flat-screen televisions provide detailed explanations. This arrangement lets guests tour the winery at their own pace.
