from Flowerbug's Inkspot - Card box - Start out with a 11" square of card stock. You will need to use the SU Diagonal Simply Scored plate to complete this. On two sides score at 3 1/2 & 5 1/2". On the other two sides score at 4 1/2" & 6 1/2". Cut off the little side triangles as shown here and cut into and up to the middle most score line to form your flaps.
