Strawberry Bread with Greek Yogurt-I made this today, I had regular plain, low fat yogurt instead of Greek and it seems to be fine...I will have to use Greek in the future to compare. I doubled the batch and it made 2 loaves and 12 muffins. My family loves a bread for breakfast and snacking. This recipe was fruity and the bread was light and tasty.
