Study Room Design

The Psychology of Color could fix the horrid appearance of classrooms while intriguing the right brain with the colors of the walls. For instance, studies have shown that rooms that are red tend to not help with test scores and correlate with poor focus habits. Red would not be ideal for a classroom color. On the other hand, blue represents serenity, calm, and focus.

Gorgeous! Love the trunk coffee table!

This winter, we’re bringing back the airy blues and aquas we love so much. When paired with lots of creamy white and neutral grays, it’s a fresh, always chic palette we just can’t get enough of. In some of the spaces in our January-February catalog in 2015, we used some darker paint colors to make our patterns pop. What a fun way to bring drama to any room in the house! Stunning Home Office/Study space!!

A grand curved staircase greets you in the vaulted foyer, with a formal dining room to the right and a study to the left. The Great Room features a fireplace and two stone arched entries. The massive kitchen offers a large eat-at island bar, a prep island and a walk-in pantry.

I LOVE this floor plan. Modify bedrooms on the left to two bedrooms with a j bathroom and eliminate the gameroom area. Create pass thru from utility to closet. Close off pantry pass thru for large pantry. Eliminate rear bathroom for large dining room. Dining room is study. Study is playroom. Bring down total sq ft. Eliminate 1 garage bay.
