Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos 1 lb jalapenos 1 lb bulk sausage 1 8 oz block of softened cream cheese 1 C shredded Parm cheese Prep the jalapenos by removing tops and cutting in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain. Mix in cream cheese & Parm cheese until everything is well incorporated. Fill the jalapenos. Spoon approx 1 T filling into each jalapeno. Spray pan w/non stick spray & bake @ 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve.

Atomic Buffalo Turd Jalapeno Poppers (aka – A.B.T.) The hotter the pepper the better the pop!!!! *Made these w/smokies, all i had ws 3 chz mix and made some w/turkey bacon, some w/peppered and some w/reg. I think my fav ws actually the turkey! Didn't have any chipotle so used cajun spice. cooked on 400 for 25 mins. Give these a 9 1/2! Very good!!
Sausage Stuffed Jalapeno. 1 pound ground Italian sausage). 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 pound jalapenos, halved lengthwise/seeded. 1 green onion, finely chopped. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat, drain. In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onion. Spoon 1 TBS sausage mixture into each jalapeno half. Arrange stuffed halves in a baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
