Sugar-Free Frosting - 1 (1.4 oz) pkg. sugar-free instant pudding mix, 1-3/4 cups milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed. -- In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix & milk. Mix well & let stand until thickened. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding & mix well. Finally, fold in whipped topping.
Sugar Free Chocolate Frosting. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled (can use the Baker's or Ghirardelli 1-ounce squares); 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream; 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened; 4 tablespoons granulated splenda (6 of the little packets); 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder; 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract (optional)
Another dumb photo. Absolutely Sugar-Free Frosting. I hate recipes that include boxes of jello, etc...but I tested this for a diabetic and it was actually pretty good. Super easy, but still mega fatty (heavy whipping cream!). But if you need something, this worked really well. I imagine it would be great for children's cakes, too. Sugar sugar sugar - bleh!
