How to make Panda Sushi Roll

Chirashi sushi, meaning scattered sushi, is a style of sushi where the topping is placed in a bowl over a bed of rice.


Though, both Japanese foods sushi and sashimi are similar, they are not the same. Technically, sushi means vinegar rice. The Japanese word 'su' means vinegar and 'shi' is from meshi, which is the Japanese word for rice. Thus, sushi is vinegared rice.
