Lemon syllabub recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food. Update: I had this at the Inn of Glen Haven...omg, it literally brought tears to my eyes. It was devine. So fresh and light, palate cleansing and a perfect blend of sweet and sour. The Inn of Glen Haven used champagne instead of wine. Now, I just have to figure out metric conversions so I can make this delightful dessert at home. It's a keeper!
