Creamy Tahini Dressing. 1/2 cup tahini, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 clover garlic, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (less if using table salt), 1/4 cup water. Blend all ingredients in a blender/mini chopper. I usually leave out onion powder and use a tiny bit of fresh onion.
