Orange & almond cake. I replace the sugar with honey - maybe between half to one cup (to taste) depending on what variety of orange I've used. I then make a syrup from the juice and rind of an orange and some honey/maple and when the cake is out of the oven and still warm, I poke holes all over it and pour the syrup over. You can reduce the egg if you want it less eggy and even sub with chia. You can also include some linseed.
