Drexel University student Carl Durkow, has just exhibited his chair design, named 'Narl', at ICFF 2016 in New York. The chair has an almost feather-like appearance, with a large curved base allowing for the chair to become a rocker.

Inspired by quartz, and built using an intricate mathematical algorithm derived from the mineral’s complex crystalline structure, the armchair comprises of a wooden frame and geometric cushions that you can arrange to make sure the chair feels comfortable.
