LaPorte argues that we're not chasing goals, but the feelings we get when we achieve goals, which is why we're unhappy yet accomplished. She advocates concentrating on the feelings and then moving back to create goals to achieve those feelings. I think it's a good approach! 2nd half is a workbook, so don't get the kindle version :)
