2017新晋的几家米其林一星中,Mosu被炒的火热。究其原因,主要是这家的主厨Sung Anh跟Benu的主厨Corey Lee一样都是从“The French Laundry(米其林三星)”出来的,也都是韩裔主厨。 Sung Anh在“The French Laundry”, “Benu","Aziza"和“Urasawa"都实战过一段时间。也是一位刷爆米其林后厨的彪悍主厨。 一般餐厅主厨的名声响当当就能独当一面了,Mosu不同,副主厨Kristina Compton也是一位背景及其丰富的人儿呢!而且!人家是女生哦!!!从烹饪学校毕业之后就在Fig工作,之后来到旧金山,在五年期间,跟DPG*和Range合作并一直担任副主厨的职位,最近工作的餐厅是分子料理为主的米其林二星Atelier Crenn。 另外再看人家酒品主管的简历:在担任Mosu的酒品主管之前,Mark Thompson曾在Saison, Masa's和Mourad工作。牛吗?膜拜就行!
