As coach I gave each volleyball player a word. They were in charge of that word for the rest of the season, to impress it upon their teammates and make sure that word was always a character trait of our team. It was a great focus point and goal for each team member and made the team better as a whole! The last game of the season we captured this shot in the locker room.
The smallest school in the Atlantic Coast Conference has the biggest heart. And lungs. We also have a decent-sized trophy case that includes as many accolades from inside the classroom as those earned on the field.
