Frog- Lie on back with arms relaxed on the ground. Slowly bend knees towardschest, drawing abs in. Flex feet and turn knees out to the sides; heels touching. Press legs out, widening them at a 45-degree angle. With both legs extended and turned outward, squeeze the backs of knees together (inner thighs).
