BLACKLIGHT JELLO SHOTS - Bet you never saw jello shots like these. These blacklight glowing cups of wonder are fun to look at. They're a little bitter because of the quinine in the tonic water, but that's what makes them glow! You could easily swap Gin for the the Vodka, and have something close to a fruity Gin & Tonic. You must have a blacklight for these to glow! It's pretty awesome looking though if you do.

Did you know that simple tonic water glows under blacklight? Useful for props, Halloween drinks, etc.

Infuse bitter cinchona bark with other botanicals to make your own quinine syrup. Top with sparkling water and you've got homemade tonic! Make your own for gin and tonics all summer long!

After pinning this, I did give it a try. You know those evenings when your legs are sore & tight--you just know RLS is going to play H#*LL? Tastes yucky, but it is stopping the cramps 100% all night long, I'm totally amazed! ~Helen --- may have to try this one.

Nuka Cola Quantum: 1/3 bottle mt dew voltage, 5 shots pinnacle whipped/traditional vodka, 1 shot blue curacao liquer, tonic water

Lots of yummy drink recipes that glow in the dark...the trick is the tonic water (quinine water)..so make drinks with it and also use in jello shots...there is another recipe in my jello shot board if you cannot get on the site that this link goes to.

A Gin and Tonic at it's finest! Instead of flat and tasteless tonic water - this is the best Tonic Syrup that you mix with Soda water. I fell in love with this on a recent trip to Charleston SC while enjoying a cocktail at Hanks Seafood Restaurant.

I have been so excited to make my own tonic water because I absolutely loathe the thought of drinking anything other than Fever Tree or Q Tonic ($2 a bottle -- way too expensive). My powdered quinine just came in ... look out people. Yummy tonic drinks ahead.
