Crockpot Apple oatmeal -- Instead of 4 cups of water use 2 cups water and 2 cups apple juice! I also like Steel Cut Oatmeal from Trader Joe's. They have it in traditional 30-minute or 5-minute cook times. {And I use more brown sugar!}
