Tropical popsicle...Cut up bananas and put them in a popsicle mold, Open a jar of really yummy pineapple coconut juice......and fill up the rest of the space in the mold. Add tops and freeze. Ta Da! Pineapple Coconut Banana popsicles! And if you are an adult, you could add some rum and make them pina colada popsicles...yum!
Tropical Popsicles -2 cups fresh pineapple cubed 2 cups honey dew melon cubed 1 banana 1 cup coconut water Blend all the ingredients in a blender for about 1-2 minutes. Pour into popsicle molds. You can also use smoothie pop molds.
3 c watermelon puree (1/2 watermelon) 1/2 c blueberries 1/2 c strawberries 1 kiwi 1 peach 10 cherries pitted Cut watermelon in chunks and blend until smooth. Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds (amount needed will vary depending on size of molds). Fill each one with the chopped fresh fruit. Then pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top. Place a popsicle stick into each one. Place into your freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
