Jorge cruise Muffin ~ 1/4 C Truvia Baking Blend / 1/2 C almond flour / 3 T cocoa / 1/8 t baking powder / 1/2 t baking soda / 1/4 tsp salt / 2 T coconut oil / 1 egg / 2 T half and half ~~~ Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is even and smooth (no lumps).
