THM Baking Blend Pancakes 3/4 C baking blend 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp truvia ----mix Add 1/2 C almond milk 1/4 C heavy cream 1 T melted butter 1 egg Add coconut oil to the griddle and slather in butter and sugar free syrup on these. They are really good!
THM-S Pancakes by Sheri Wren. Mix 1/4 cup of baking blend, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 whole eggs, and enough almond milk or cream to make the batter pancake consistency. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of blueberries. I fried mine in coconut oil. Top with sugar free syrup or whipped cream or nothing! Enjoy!!
