I have used this recipe for years but now my husband and I arent as young as we use to be (imagine that) so we both joined the Weight Watcher points plus program on line.. It is a wonderful way to loose weight. I have changed the original recipe to Weight Watchers and now just 8.2 points per serving.
Spaghetti Squash Tuna Noodle.. ....bake squash at 375 for 45 min, shred......mix with cream of mushroom, peas and tuna.....top with your choice of cheese and bake another 20 min......not very pretty but yummy and no pasta!!!!!
