Banana Pudding Poke Cake. Make a plain sponge/butter cake, poke holes all over, pour in banana custard, can then layer with ultra thin slices of banana, allow to set. Top with lightly whipped cream, and sprinkled entirely with some fine crushed biscuit crumbs. Serve with a banana slice or two.
