Gary Zuker built this cob home in Austin, Texas, USA without any previous building experience. At the time few cob homes were being built so Gary researched European 15th century cob homes at his local university. After working with a few cobbers Gary realised he had all the tools he needed to build his home, determination, creativity, ingenuity and himself. Three years later his home was complete. More at


I am applying for a dual degree MBA/Master of Arts in Public Affairs. Securing a dual degree from the University of Texas at Austin will ensure that I importantly, one, understand our local, state, and national political environments and, two, have an in depth knowledge of how to institute change in these environments.

Thorncrown Chapel

Denton. The Little Chapel in the Woods is a chapel constructed mainly for meditation and prayer. It was built in 1939, on the Denton campus of Texas Womans University, and was dedicated by First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. Inside the chapel, there are many pieces of artwork, as well as stained glass windows. It was designed by regional architect ONeil Ford.
