Vegan biscuits. They sound time consuming, but aren't. 1c buckwheat flour, 1c almond flour, 1tsp xanthan gum, 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1/4c olive oil, 1.5tsp vinegar, 3/4 c coconut milk. Tons of extra flour. Needs some tweaking. Don't roll out, use more baking soda, and make as drop biscuits?
