This Thanksgiving Tian is made up of some of my favorite fall produce; Russet and sweet potatoes, delicata squash, tart green apples, and leeks all cozy up next to each other in a citrus and thyme spiked custard. It will quite possibly be the most beautiful dish on your Thanksgiving table.
Vegetable Tian. Made with thinly sliced tomatoes, zuchini, onions and potatoes. Brushed with olive oil, spiced with tyme, salt, pepper and with a bit of chopped garlic, then sprinkled with romano or gouda grated cheese. Baked at 375, with foil for 30 minutes, and then without for 25. :) Sounds delicious.
