Colds & Sore Throat: 1 1/2 c coconut oil softened, 1/2 c raw honey, 25 drops thieves essential oil and 15 drops lemon essential oil. Eat it by the spoonful as often as desired when feeling cold or flu symptoms. Not recommended for babies under 1 year because of the honey.
