Minus the honey, this is also good for tummy bugs when the person is having difficulty keeping things down. A mild flavor like lemon is best. Just sip a very little bit at a time.

potent remedy to some of the ails of winter: Sore throat, hacking cough, tight congestion. Combined, they turn into a curious orange syrup that can cut through the croup. And, the taste is really good!

The use of Agrimony dates back to the ancient Egyptians. Its main use was as a gargle for sore throats. It is very effective at reducing pain and reducing inflammation. Many singers gargle with Agrimony tea before a performance as it helps sooth the throat.
