Thanksgiving is an ideal time to share with your children what gratitude looks like. Even simple gestures can make a big difference. Someone's life can be changed with just ONE word. Teaching children gratitude through giving and volunteering doesn't require a lot of time or resources. These simple ideas are an excellent way to spend time with your children while teaching them the valuable lesson of gratitude and guiding them to be the hands and feet of Jesus.


Volunteer and service ideas for kiddos ages 2-4. Even littles can help! One of our goals for when we have kids is that they get exposed to volunteering/working with others/helping peeps at a really young age....find their passion(s) earlier on in life!

FABULOUS SARAH – PRINCESS OF MANHATTAN ACC – After 10 years surrendered by her owner due to PERS. PROBLEMS. On intake Sarah (A1097476) was very well behaved. She sat once her owner left, and while waiting her tail was wagging the entire time. In the park Sarah did her kangaroo hop – there is nothing that says ‘senior’.
