okay so I'm never really put how I'm feeling out like this but last year was really hard and i want to say thank you to everyone who was there i got called stuff and ik it was true so 2015 is a new start I'm being healthy and having five a day but what I'm saying is I'm proud and no one is perfect in this world and you should be happy for who you are not who you pretend to be <3 :)
Get applesauce without added sugar to avoid defeating the purpose of even using applesauce. Non-fat original flavor is my favorite option for this. Chia seeds are a superfood. Sounds weird, but try it in brownies. Avocado literally makes everything better and you can’t tell me otherwise. I’m not a pasta lover, but I actually love zucchini pasta. Very fresh and doesn’t make you go into a food coma. DO IT.
Be careful with the Beef/Turkey substitution. A lot of ground turkey contains the not-so-healthy part of the bird. Unless you know youre getting all white meat, you might be better off choosing the leanest ground beef such as ground Sirloin. At least you can be more certain of whats in it.
I keep making those Cauliflower Fritters for busy nights. Such an healthy and easy 4 ingredients meal loaded with vegetable. It is crispy and kids love them too. Plus it is paleo, cheese free and gluten free!
