When things get out of control and you start to get stressed, do this. Focus on your breath. If you can, ground yourself. Breath in through your nose all the way to your feet. Breath out from your feet all the way up your body. As you do this, feel your feet on the ground. Ask yourself some of these questions: Where am I? What is the date?
