Prague, Czech Republic...forget the nasty urinal-smelling city that is Paris. Prague is where you really want to go. Beautiful, friendly, scenic, and not nearly as many tourists. Cheap food. AND....best of all...a waffle place right at the bottom of this little alley way (At least it was there last time I was there).
