How to Fake Ironstone from Thrift Store Finds

Flowers on Canvas - everything purchased from Michaels. Glue flowers with fabric glue onto canvas. Use multiple coats of white spray paint depending on the look you're going for. White acrylic paint (not watered down) works for those tough areas that won't take the spray paint. Choose *white* fake flowers if you are wanting a completely white look, as the darker colors will still show through the white spray paint.

Upgrade Old Serving Ware

Take uber cheap dishes that you find at rummage sales or thrift stores. That have a nice shape but are ugly to the eye, or just not a color you need. Spray paint it and give it a new life. Oh yeah, this is something that you just can't screw up. ~Krissy

'Looking glass' spray can transform pumpkins into these gorgeous centerpieces! Use a white spray first to get the best effect. Try this with dollar store pumpkins. Krylon K09033000 Looking Glass Mirror-Like Aerosol Spray Paint, 6-Ounce.
