Yellow Candy Apple. 9-10 small apples (stem removed and washed in hot water to remove wax). 4 c. Sugar. 1 c. Light corn syrup. 1 & 3/4 cup water. 1/2 tsp cinnamon oil (found @ Walmart). 2 tbsp LorAnn white food color. 1 tbsp yellow LorAnn food color (both colors found @ Hobby Lobby). Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook on med. high heat until it reaches hard crack temp (302 degrees). Let cool for 5 min. Dip apples and place them on greased parchment paper.
